Ten Paces and Draw

I finally jumped on the bandwagon and joined in the fun over at my good friend Rachel Dougherty's blog Ten Paces and Draw. I've done two projects with them in the last month and it's been a great way to get back in the swing of painting again. Here's to future collaborations!

a daytrip

I went to a concert in York, where I did this drawing. It's relatively unfinished but i like the looks of it. It felt good to draw from life- something I definitely need to get back into doing.

Cream Scones

I know, i know, it's been awhile. Here's what's been keeping me so busy.

three years down, one to go.

Schools out! I will be posting some more stuff soon but for now I'm celebrating the end of the semester with a road trip to Dollywood with Maria, Rachel, and Elyza! My mission is to acquire a pair of cowboy boots.

True Calling
